Throughout my journey, Psychology and the business world have gone hand in hand. Even when choosing my University studies, I was already thinking how to bring these two fields together, both in theory and in practice in my professional life.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia in Spain, followed a few years later by a Master's degree in International Project Management from Vilnius University. I went on to work in sales and human resources departments within the business sector. This experience was enriching in many ways and gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges people face within organisations and in today's competitive business environment.

Having gained practical experience in the business world, I continued working towards my long-standing goal of providing Individual Psychotherapy. I pursued this path through volunteering, Master's studies in Clinical Psychology in Spain, and, alongside these, Psychotherapy postgraduate studies at the Institute of Individual Psychology.
